- Once you have selected the coffee type place the
grounds evenly in the filter paper pan.
Never stint on the quality of the coffee you serve. Even the best
equipment cannot produce good results with poor ingredients.
- The machine will then brew the coffee and keep it
hot.
- Fresh water should always be used to ensure that a
good quality jug of coffee is made every time.
Fresh water contains more oxygen and will give a fresher tasting
brew.
- Do not leave brewed coffee to stand on the hot
plate for more than 30 minutes before serving.
- The equipment manufacturer’s instructions should
always be followed.
Keep your brewing equipment clean otherwise it will taint the
coffee.
- Open packs of coffee only when required, once
exposed to air they will begin to stale.
- Don't re-use coffee grounds or re-heat leftover
coffee, it's a cheap trick which will lead to unpleasant results.
